| MINUTEMAN SmartSine™ UPS Awards |

The Para Systems Minuteman SmartSine S1400 was the best all-around performer with the longest run time and a small form factor. It sat on the floor and, at 6 inches by 17 inches, took up little more room than a shoebox.... The SmartSine also was the slowest to drain in our full-blackout test. The test network stayed online for 43 minutes, 47 seconds—the best time by a few seconds, and more than double that of some rivals. Considering its price, the SmartSine easily earned an A grade and a Reviewer’s Choice designation. (Government Computer News, November 2002)

| MINUTEMAN Office Plus™ UPS Awards |

"If you are a regular reader of Computer Times, you know we are very particular about the uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) that we recommend. They need to include at least $25,000 of equipment protection, come with a multi-year warranty, have automatic PC shutdown in case of power failure, protect your modem/Internet connection, and have enough outlets for all your equipment at an affordable price. The new line of Minuteman UPS equipment exceeds our requirements at a very competitive price." (Computer Times Editor's Choice, December 2000)

| MBK Series Awards |

"We looked at a lot of UPSs this year (did we ever). The one that really sticks in our minds is Minuteman's (Carrollton, TX -- 972-446-7363) MBK 680, a nice example of craftsmanship. It's small enough to fit on my desktop (and has
been performing like a champ up there for most of 1999) yet powerful enough to run my CPU
and monitor for close to 45 minutes after "the blackout.; It's handsome too."

| Pro Series Awards |

"The built in microprocessor also incorporates Minuteman's advanced battery
management feature. This feature oversees battery charging functions to prevent damage to
the battery due to overcharging".
CTI December 1997 |

"All uninterruptible power supplies (UPSs) thwart voltage fluctuations and current
outages, but few can beat the balance of features and price of Para Systems' Minuteman Pro
UPS series".

| Pro Rackmount Series Awards |

"Rack-mountable equipment is great. You install it on standard equipment racks, putting it out of harms
way- and save office space for more important things like water coolers, hot pretzel
stands...Thats why we like Minutemans Pro Rackmount line of Uninterruptible
Power Supplies (UPS), a super flat 3.5" high and 5" wide. The slim,
rackmountable Pro Rackmount UPS from Minuteman saves real estate and comes in 700, 1,000
1,400 and 2,200VA models".
TELECONNECT May 1998 |

"Trademarked Minuteman technologies extend the
input voltage range the units can handle by boosting output levels when input A/C is low
and reducing output when input is too high. This extends battery life".
Computer TELEPHONY May 1998 |

"It carries a maximum load of 18 amps, and with an input voltage ranging from 92-140,
sends out a silky smooth 120V".

| Sentry Power Management Awards |

"Minuteman boasts a transfer time of about four milliseconds, so we didnt even
notice a hiccup on the PC when we pulled the plug. At
two minutes the computers OS shut down; on reboot it was fully functional. No files
damaged. And all done with a COM port connection-not even a special shutdown card. We were
impressed"!
