I have a E500 setup to perform a low battery shutdown.

When the AC line power is restored (~8 hours) after a low battery shutdown, the UPS would not startup and power the connected devices.

Is there some other setting I'm missing on, or is it problem with the UPS?

Good Afternoon,

I'm sorry to hear about that.

Let's get a couple of questions answered.

1. What is the serial number of the UPS?

2. How long has the unit been in service?
