I am having a problem with a NetAgent card in a CPE3000 UPS; it seems to work fine for a few weeks, then all of a sudden we lose TCP connectivity to it. It won't send alerts and we can't access the HTTP interface or any receive responses to our SNMP queries. The only solution is to physically reset the card. This UPS is in a remote location and is supplying power to critical equipment. Any ideas on how to permanently fix this without a physical reset?

The card doesn't reboot; I can ping the IP on the card and it responds. We just can't get any TCP connectivity until we go over to it and physically pull the card out and put it back in.

Thank you for the clearification. Again I have not seen the card lose conection viewing the web interface. The card should still send traps and report to your NMS with notifications.

The card does not send traps, it will not send our daily report that we configured, and you can't query it via SNMP or HTTP. The only thing it will do is respond to a ping.
