I am an "it-guy", my customer asked me to check out his Minuteman Pro 1100E Serial No 3D56051200495 that was beeping and showing a red status light. I unplugged the unit and did a test and the battery fails to keep the AC on, self test beeps and lights the battery indicator. I replaced the three batteries with similar 12V 9AH batteries and left to charge overnight.
After battery test it beeps and lights the battery the status indicater.
I do not believe that these are getting a charge, can you help troubleshoot?
I have tried Sentry Plus software to communicate but it does not see the with USB, I have tried with a PC and a laptop, neither will see the unit with the sentry plus, although windows does pop-up "your hardware is installed and ready for use" |
