We have an XRT-1000 with a XRTBP3 battery, it is 5 years old. We have a PBX, router and a hub attached to it, indicating 22% load. It tests fine, both the quick and low battery. In the last three months, I have noticed that the router has gone down for about 5 seconds, probably eight times or so. These times coincide with power winks that my server's ups detected. Again, the XRT-1000 tested fine with the on-board tests. I decided to try an acid test because I could not figure out why my router kept going down. I pulled the plug on the XRT and beeeeep, voila, the PBX, hub, router all went down. Should the XRT not automatically go to battery in this situation? Please help.

Thank you for the other e-mail.
From what you indicated to me from this
e-mail we might have a board problem.
You will need to send the control unit in for evaluation.
