I recently installed SNMP cards in my E6200 series UPS'. When I removed the cover(blank plate) from the SNMP slot there was no faceplate for the SNMP card. When I installed these on my 1500 series the plate was attached behind the blank. This need to have two holes for the RJ45 plugs, one for the reset, and one for the dip switches. Can I order these thru you? Right now the cards are installed but are very loose and can be pulled out very easily.

Bilmil, please contact tech support and request the proper faceplate. You will need to tell them which snmp card you have. Tech support can be reached at 1-800-238-7272m
