I'm using a MCP1000E UPS, and after about 5 years of service, the unit was always going into Bypass mode and gave an error code of #23.
Now that I have replaced the batteries, the unit functions fine but stays in the Normal/Charge mode and continues to give an error code at startup of #23.
Will this eventually reset? Any ideas? |

E23 -DC bus voltage is out of the range of +15% to -10%. Your PSDR
board is shorted. |

| What is a PSDR board and what is the downside if not functioning? UPS seems to work fine. |
