My company has several dozen mbk550 and pro1100's. The fans started making a grinding noise like the bearings were starting to go. Once the fans stop, the unit will beep continually every second and will not provide battery backup. If I change the fan out with a working one - all is good. The question is, where can I get replacement fans?
