Hi,
I'm looking to replace my 500va APC UPS with a larger one. I ran across a PRO1400 here for $186, which seems like a pretty good price. However, I can't find this UPS on your site. Is it still supported? Is there any reason not to get this one?
One thing I hate about my current UPS is the alarm. I don't need it, but I can't turn it off. If I'm home, I know the power is out, I don't need the UPS constantly beeping. I can turn the alarm off on the 1400, correct?
Thanks

jcato,
The Pro1400 is supported.
Minuteman has introduced a brand new line of line-interactive UPS's called the Pro E series. The new Pro E series has taken over the Pro Black Series place in our product family. If you like, I can send you a data sheet direct to your e-mail address. Please forward your e-mail address to jmoore@minutemanups.com
Alarm question, You can disable the alarm via the software or you also have one other way for the Pro1400 to disarm the alarm, look inside the manual pg 8 under rear panel switch notes. The manual explains in the second paragraph the procedure on how to disarming the alarm via the (black or Brown) voltage adjustment switch top left hand corner.
