i just bought the pro 520 model i plug it in to charge. Then the replace battery light came on and stayed. Is this normal or is there a problem. I have check the batter connections and still there? can any help?

Yes, you need to allow the UPS to charge up for a 24 hours. If you have already done so then you may need to try the self test procedure.

What you should see after the UPS has performed its self test, the RED light should not be illuminated any longer.

Opps, I forgot to mention page 7 in the manual that explains how to perform a self test.
