I'm a bit overwhelmed and confused.

We have relatively older XRT UPS along with two BP-3 boxes. I'm starting to think that something is wrong. Until now, I've ignored the boxes. I now need to use the appropriate software to interrogate the devices. Which software am I supposed to use to talk to my XRT via the 9 pin RS232 port?

Good Morning,

The XRT series usees the SentryII software.

Here is the link to the software site.

You will need a cable to talk to the software.

The cable is $20.00.
