I am planning to buy an UPS for my PC workstation. Given that there can be large voltage fluctuations (10-15%) with rated AC supply of 230V, 50Hz, is the in-built stabilizer of UPS set is sufficient or I need a separate stabilizer unit?

It depends upon the model you choose. The Endeavor series is 160VAC to 280VAC. Frequency is plus or minus 6 HZ.
