I have a Pro1100E and I'm trying to get the SentryPlus s/w working. I'm trying to use USB, and communication does not work. Do drivers exist for 64bit Windows7? I'm guessing that is the issue.

It works with a serial cable. We sell a USB to Serial(DB-9) Adapter.
There is a driver included with adapter. P/N 35000061. $ 25.00
