I use the Pro 1500E for all my PBX installations. Keeping up on battery replacement for 49 properties is tough. I am never on site when this happens, but my clients report the AC will not come back up after battery depletion. I thought Independent Battery Bypass meant during that AC
(when present)would be supplied to the UPS receptacles when the batteries were depleted, low voltage or when AC returned after an outage.

Am I missing something?

Thanks, Richard
