Hello.
I found my XRT-600 main unit next to a dumpster so no warranty on it. Took it apart and I can't figure out what the colors wires on the big transformer (SCD-83153EC06). I looked online and couldn't find anything about it. There is a bundle of 4 wires (Black, yellow, orange, and red), a bundle of 3 wires (blue, brown, white), and a single green wire (grounds the transformer's core.) Other side there is a single bundle of two thick wires (red and black) and a single green wire coming out of the windings. (What is it for?)
I want to know if I can use the transformer for something else as the UPS is warrant-less and batteries in it has gone bad. It has been outside for unknown amount of time and unknown weather. (Suspect it has been rained on, due to water present on one of the battery unit. Big mistake taking one of those home as there's no electronics except some big batteries. No idea how to get rid of them and the smaller ones with the main unit.)
Voltage, amperage, and function of each.
Primary side:
Blue -
Brown -
White -
Red -
Green - Ground the case. 0V
Yellow -
Orange -
Black -
Secondary side:
Red -
Black -
Green - Ground for what?
Any wiring diagram if available. Thanks. |

Hello
Can you just tell me what do the wires (their colors) on the transformer do and at what voltage are they designed to be powered on and the power rating of the transformer?
Thanks. |
