How do you configure (HTTP method) the NetAgent card for the "Number of Batteries" (which is 8-12V7aH for the 3000RM), the "Battery Full Charge Voltage" and "Battery Exhausted Charge Voltage" so that the "Current Status" page displays the correct "Battery Capacity" and "Battery Voltage" values?

Thanks,
Jason

boards1_88,
Go to the configuration of hte UPS.

You can change those numbers in that field.

Yes, I know where to change the values, but what are the correct values for the "Battery Full Charge Voltage" and "Battery Exhausted Charge Voltage"? I know to put 8 in for "Number of Batteries". If I put in 12 for the "Battery Full Charge Voltage" and say 10 for "Battery Exhausted Charge Voltage", I get a "Battery Capacity" of 51% on the "Current Status" page, even though I know the batteries are fully charged.
